The simple things

A temp at work said something that stuck with me all day, “Everybody needs someone in their life to tell them that they are wonderful.”

For some reason I think many of us add a bunch of extra stuff like qualifiers and exceptions to emotional baggage we carry. But a simple thing like hearing you are wonderful once a day, hell even once a week, would be a great start.
